The Woellner Team offers various services for Verisil products:

Prior to field tests:

• Flotation tests (in Ludwigshafen or preferably on the customer's premises) to determine an improved deinking / bleaching formulation using special silicates
• Bleaching tests (in Ludwigshafen or preferably on the customer's premises) to determine an improved bleaching formulation using special silicates
• Preliminary testing of standard parameters (pH value, redox, p-value, m-value, concentration of SiO2 – Ca – SO4 – Fe – Mn – Al , COD, residual peroxide, catalase concentration, charge measurement) using representative samples taken from deinking / bleaching circuits
• Creation of a data pool for process monitoring
• Examination and characterization of any undesired deposits

During field tests:

• Introduction and long-term optimization of the formulation developed in the preliminary tests
• Measurement of the above-mentioned parameters during the optimization
• Change and relocation of the metering points of bleaching chemicals as needed
• Continuation of data collection and preparation of reports and graphic representations
• Calculation of savings

For existing customers:

• Check of the above-mentioned parameters at regular intervals - but no later than at the beginning of another "Woellner delivery cycle"
• Change and adjustment of the formulation as needed
• Continuation of data collection and creation of reports and graphic representations with recommendations
• Troubleshooting in case of problems
